My Culinary Magic With ANGT NONIONS & MIRAYA

With time short on our hand, we all love to court convenience. At times health gets tossed out of the window in our attempts to woe convenience. It’s a tougher choice when you love good food and most times that means food laced with oil, additives and preservatives. I for my part have tried to resolve this tug of war by sticking to healthy freshly made home cooked food during the weekdays and indulging once during the weekends. That’s not to say that simple food cannot be delicious but yes it requires a little bit of effort to sort, wash cut, crush, paste and grind. I believed that anything convenient compromises a bit on health.

The convenience meant less effort to whip out excellent dishes without compromising on health. That left me with more energy & an elevated mood to sit back and just enjoy my culinary creations.
